Inkspot strives to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. It rarely happens but if you receive faulty or damaged items Inkspot offers full refunds or replacements in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. 
Did you receive a faulty item?
Inkspot provides a 12-month warranty on all Inks & Toners we sell. 
If you are having trouble with a product, first review our troubleshooting page for quick fixes to common issues. If this does not resolve the issue and you need to make a claim for any faulty items received, please advise us on inkspot.net.au or by calling 1300 465 776 within 12 months of your purchase.  We will do all we can to ensure a quick resolution and provide assistance in any returns should they be required.  Please note, to ensure a quality outcome for you, and to assist in any refunds we need to claim from our suppliers, we may require you to provide photographic evidence of any issues and/or reference to batch numbers for processing your claim.  You may also be required to return the items to Inkspot and if this is necessary, we will provide mailing details and cover/or reimburse you for carrier costs.
We also understand that circumstances may change, leading to the need for a return due to a change of mind. This policy outlines the procedures and conditions for change of mind returns, ensuring clarity and fairness for both you, the customer, and Inkspot.
Due to the perishable nature of Inks & Toners, Inkspot is not able to process any claims for fault beyond 12-months from purchase date.
Change of mind return eligibility.
Change of mind returns may be requested within a period of three months from the date of the original transaction. This policy covers instances where the return is not due to a faulty or damaged product but rather stems from a change of preference or any other non-fault related reason.
Conditions for Change of Mind Returns
  • Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition, and in undamaged packaging. This ensures that the product can be resold as new.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from the refund amount to cover handling and restocking costs.
  • Delivery Costs: The cost of original delivery will be deducted from any refund issued. This applies irrespective of whether the original order included free delivery since Inkspot bears the cost on your behalf.
 
Procedure for Change of Mind Returns
  • Notification: Customers must notify Inkspot of their intention to return items due to a change of mind and can do so by email to support@inkspot.net.au or phone call to 1300 465 776.
  • Return Process: Upon notification, customers will be provided with details of the nominated warehouse to which they are responsible to arrange return of items, using the carrier of their choice.
  • Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned items, Inkspot will inspect them to ensure they meet the required conditions.
  • Refund: Upon successful inspection, refunds will be processed in the form of store credit, less any applicable costs.
 
Change of mind return exclusions.
This policy does not apply to returns for faulty or damaged items. For such cases, Inkspot offers full refunds or replacements in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Inkspot reserves the right to refuse change of mind returns if the conditions outlined in this policy are not met or if the return is deemed ineligible based on the specific circumstances. We are committed to ensuring a fair and transparent process for all our customers.
