Inkspot is owned by Luigi, a small super friendly fur ball dog.
No wait, that’s just what he thinks…
The truth is Inkspot is owned by Vincent Teubler and Kleo Mandikos. They are just 2 hard working Australians with European parents. In combination with the multicultural background of our Head Office staff (everything from Sri Lankan to Indonesian, Chinese to Italians) it makes for great food at the twice weekly company lunches.
Inkspot itself was born in 2006 in a small village called Southland Shopping centre in Melbourne. One small kiosk that then grew a National network of over 50 stores across all states. However, in the past few years we have focussed on growing our online business where we are able to offer great discounts and free delivery mainly because our online store is not forced to pay insane shopping centre rents (and we do mean insane!!)
Inkspot is growing into Australia’s leading Ink and Toner provider and it comes down to customers like you that value quality, loyalty based highly discounted products and exceptional customer service and support.
We offer trading accounts to businesses, government departments and schools on request, as well as offering all customers big and small a trade-in option. So when your printer dies of natural causes (or because they were accidentally kicked repeatedly), we credit customers for those remaining unopened inks and/or toners. This allows our customers to remain constantly stocked up and confidently avoid ever running out. We also offer all registered charities both trading terms and perpetual huge discounts because their work is too important to be burdened by the cost of printer consumables.
Oh and we have always offered all customers FREE delivery, irrespective of the value of their purchase or their location.
All online orders received before 4:00pm EST are dispatched same day and with warehouses in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth most stock is distributed straight from the closest warehouses so customers get their orders as quickly as possible.
Inkspot provides competitively priced genuine inks and toners, plus the highest quality, cost efficient compatible and remanufactured inkjet and laser toner cartridges.
We don’t just buy our aftermarket (compatible and remanufactured) products. In the same way that Officeworks seeks out the highest quality aftermarket Inks and Toners, we too seek out the highest quality manufacturers. And it doesn’t stop there. We have dedicated staff that seek out and source the very highest quality manufacturers (multiple) because no one manufacturer is good at everything, and there are over 8000 different Inks and Toners!! We require and constantly review everything from our manufacturers quality processes, to their raw materials and component sources, their staff recruitment processes and employment structures, ongoing staff training and staff facilities and work conditions. It’s absolutely not just about price!
At Inkspot it is about value for money, customer service, support and ultimately building long term customer relations with businesses, home users, government departments and charities alike.

Oh and Luigi the dog is not the only dog that roams the offices, just the oldest. There are 5 others as we are a dog friendly company.
Although the cats rarely come in, something about there being too many dogs and not enough fish…
